Refund & Access Policy

Refund Policy

All sales of digital content, downloads, ebooks, online programs, and services offered by Tasha Jones LLC are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks are permitted, except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Acknowledgment of Digital Access

By purchasing any product, program, course, or service from Tasha Jones LLC, including but not limited to The Blueprint, the Blueprint Vault, ebooks, downloads, online courses, coaching, or any related materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your payment becomes final and non-refundable as soon as you access the Tasha Jones Academy online portal, complete a checkout, download any materials, or otherwise gain access to the purchased content.
• Digital content delivered immediately upon purchase is not eligible for refund under any circumstance once accessed.
• Decisions to purchase are made knowingly and intentionally; buyer’s remorse is not grounds for a refund.

Intellectual Property & Authorized Access

By purchasing any products or services from this site, you understand and agree that:

• No material — whether intellectual property, digital content, or hard-copy material — may be shared, distributed, resold, gifted, screen-recorded, screenshotted for redistribution, or otherwise transferred to another person.
• No access to the Tasha Jones Academy online portal may be shared with or given to another person, including but not limited to login credentials, account access, or program enrollment.
• You are solely liable for any unauthorized access, sharing, or distribution of program content that occurs through your account, whether intentional or accidental.
• Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as well as legal action including recovery of damages and attorney’s fees.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after purchase, while retaining access to or having accessed digital content, constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of program access, suspension of all current and future services, and pursuit of legal remedies to recover funds and damages.

Entire Agreement

This Refund & Access Policy, together with the Terms of Access, Copyright Notice, Earnings Disclaimer, and any other policies published by Tasha Jones LLC, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tasha Jones LLC regarding the purchase and use of any products or services. No prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, shall modify these terms unless explicitly agreed to in writing by Tasha Jones LLC.

Severability

If any provision of this Refund & Access Policy is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if it cannot be modified. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Unenforceable Provisions

The unenforceability of any single provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this policy or of any related Tasha Jones LLC agreement.

Acceptance

By completing your purchase, accessing any Tasha Jones LLC program, or using any materials provided by Tasha Jones Academy or The Blueprint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Access Policy in full.
