Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026

Tasha Jones, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates tashtalkscoding.com and The Blueprint programs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information You Give Us

When you register for a class, join our email list, create an account, or purchase a program, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and billing or shipping address.

We do not store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and card data is handled directly by them.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

3. Advertising and Analytics Technologies

We use advertising and analytics tools on this site, including the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Analytics. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site, to measure the performance of our advertising, and to show you relevant ads on other platforms.

Advanced matching. When you submit a form or complete a purchase, information such as your email address and name may be converted into a non-reversible hashed value in your browser and shared with our advertising partners so they can measure conversions and build audiences. We do not share your raw, unhashed email address for this purpose.

Custom and lookalike audiences. We may upload hashed contact information to advertising platforms to show ads to our existing contacts, to exclude existing customers from certain ads, and to help those platforms find new audiences with similar characteristics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta and Google through their own account settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to deliver the programs and content you purchased or requested, to provide customer support, to send you class reminders and educational and promotional emails, to process payments, to operate and improve our website and courses, to measure and improve our advertising, and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, which may include our website and course platform, payment processors, email and communication providers, and advertising and analytics platforms. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. Email Communications

If you join our list or purchase from us, you may receive emails about your program, upcoming classes, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time. We may still send you transactional messages related to a purchase or your account access.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain uses of your information. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Note that deleting your information may end your access to programs you purchased.

8. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, as long as needed to provide the programs you purchased, and afterward as necessary for legitimate business, tax, and legal purposes.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our programs and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to other websites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.
